priligy tablets and emla cream

  • 2 lbs salted cod-fish
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • 1 cup water
  • 5-10 wiri wiri peppers
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • pinch of salt if needed










  • In a large bowl wash and shred the cod-fish a couple of times. You can also soak it over night or boil to get rid of the salt the fish was preserved in

  • In a carhee sautee the chopped onion and garlic until it is translucent. A red or yellow onion can be used depending on your preference

  • Add the tomato paste and cook until it begins to break down

  • Add the shredded cod, peppers, and tomato

  • Add the water and cook for 30 minutes or until the fish had absorbed the liquid

  • Add salt although it may not be needed
  • Serve with warm bake
